Appointments

Please call 603-924-2144 to schedule appointments. Please have your insurance card available when you call. If you have been previously treated, please have all of your relevant prior medical records and imaging studies (xray, CT, bone scans and MRI) at our office before you appointment. Please have your insurance card and driver's license (or other photo ID) with you at your appointment.

Emergencies

One of our physicians is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our established patients may reach us after hours or on weekends through the MCH operator (603-924-7191).

Billing

Please have insurance card available when scheduling appointments and at the appointment. We directly bill most major insurance carriers. If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician, please have this available at the time of your appointment. Otherwise, you will be responsible for your bill in its entirety. All patients are responsible for the their co-payments and deductibles at the time of service. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept CareCredit patient payment plans for those without insurance or those with high co-payment /catastrophic coverage plans (click here to apply). Our billing staff is available to answer your questions 8:00a to 4:00p weekdays.
